John Wayne

Oh how I love old John Wayne movies. I've been watching this particular one since Chris left for work this morning and I can't seem to pull away from it to go and do the laundry that has piled up over the past couple of days. John Wayne was an outlaw in this one who robbed a bank and in the process of being on the run, found a lady and a baby. Well, the lady dies and he become the godfather of the baby. Robert William Pedro.

And it's Christmas Eve!! Yippee! Tonight hopefully we get to go to the Christmas Eve service at church then, it's off to Chris's grandma's for supper and presents. Then tomorrow morning Chris and I'll have our own little Christmas morning then we'll go to his parent's for breakfast. THEN drive down to Mama and Daddy's for presents then off to Granny's for dinner and MORE presents! We are going to be presented out! Well at least we don't have to write thank you notes to all of them.

Speaking of that...I've still got about four to write from wedding presents that have come in recently. Chris and I are very lucky to have so many family friends! It's like a big umbrella family. Not that we don't have enough family already with mine and his combined.

But anyway, Merry Christmas to everyone and have a wonderfully happy New Year! It's 2010!
